PRODUCTIVITY / PRIORITIES WITH PURPOSE
Eisenhower To-Do List
01A small next step
Drag tasks between quadrants, or use the move menu on each task. A due date flags urgency; you decide where the task belongs.
03Take your priorities with you
PDF and images keep the four colour-coded quadrants. Large boards continue onto more pages; multiple images download together in a ZIP. Word uses editable sections and task details.
Turn your priorities into a study plan, revision calendar or itinerary with editable dates.

Project files save the complete board, including recurring-task settings. CSV works with spreadsheets and task tools; choose the column mapping when importing.
How do I import into another app?
Todoist: create or open a project → three-dot menu → Manage data → Import from CSV. The Todoist export creates four sections and includes unfinished tasks only, up to 300 at a time. Assignment names are kept in descriptions; account-specific assignees are not transferred.
Calendar events (.ics): import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or another calendar app. Only tasks with due dates become events. A time uses the receiving calendar’s local time; otherwise it is an all-day event. Timed events use the estimate or 30 minutes. Google Calendar imports must be smaller than 1 MB; omit notes or export a filtered view for very large boards.
Task calendar (.ics): exports VTODO tasks for apps that support them, such as task-capable calendar clients. Google Calendar generally expects events, so choose Calendar events for Google.
Imports are snapshots, not live synchronisation. Re-importing can create duplicates. Recurrence stays in the project file; calendar exports contain the current task instances. Spreadsheet-safe CSV prefixes formula-like text with an apostrophe.
About the Eisenhower matrix
Urgent and important: deadlines, problems and commitments that need your attention now.
Important but not urgent: study, preparation, health and the work you want to make time for.
Urgent but less important to your goals: ask for help, simplify or agree who will handle it.
Neither urgent nor important: distractions and low-value tasks you can drop or reconsider.
